Situation

CSG was founded in 1991 to provide application development services to mid-market companies and it steadily grew to have a solid reputation in the Portland area. As part of a leadership transition, the company realized the time was right to evaluate its brand and reposition itself for the next phase of growth.

Solution

We worked with the leadership team to define a brand position that reflects the core values, supports the business plan, and reveals some personality. While most technology services companies link their identity to the big brand names of the products they use, CSG knows that technologies come and go, so it is the performance of the people that matters most. The new brand focuses on empowering employees to be extraordinary by doing whatever it takes to solve problems and ensure each project is successful.
